Smart Zone System 2318 Frequencies

OK, here's the latest on the Harris County system.   Much of this info comes to me via e-mail.  I've tried to confirm as much as possible with Trunker, but since I'm in Northwest Houston, I'm just out of range of most of the remote systems.  I concentrate mainly on the downtown system, since all of the traffic is routed though that central point.
